This will be FWD, but it looks like Honda is developing an eAWD system according to some presentation slides. I really hate to see it, but I think we know exactly how it'll go.
They'll add eAWD to the Accord Hybrid Senate, it'll be overpriced compared to the AWD Camry, it won't sell well. Then...
In that case, I'm definitely interested. Wish it were a four door, but I want a hybrid liftback. I know others here want a manual, but I don't personally care for it.
Point is, you don't have to hypermile a hybrid. Hell, you can drive it aggressively and still get great fuel economy. On top of that, Honda adds additional sound deadening and noise-cancellation with the hybrid powertrain AND more torque, and naturally better reliability from an under stressed...
For the most part, yes, but I'd argue the new Toyota Camry, Elantra N, etc. are great values in this economy. Especially compared to the overpriced/underpowered Civic Si, Honda Accord, even Civic Type R.
I liked the color until I realized it looked like a nasty brown unless it was really clean...
Shouldn't it charge quickly breaking in the mountains?
Also agreed. It makes no sense to give the Prelude a hybrid. It's practical fuel economy + impractical coupe application. Meanwhile the Civic in the US only just got it and the Integra probably won't. I really have no idea what Honda is...
I haven't doubled check, but from the top of my head, there were two issues with the steering rack. One was improper assembly at the factor and another was the part defect itself with its design. I think the improper assembly issue was recalled, but not the part defect which is the one that...
Sorry, it looks like Honda has addressed the issue, but hasn't issued a recall just a service bulletin here
"However, the NHTSA notes Honda did release a service bulletin (23-037) in July 2023, directing dealers to replace the electronic power steering gearbox with a new one, if the customer...
Can't give a first-hand answer, but AFAIK
- rattles are an issue. some people have them, some don't. it is something to be aware of test driving your vehicle
- I don't think Integras are built better than a comparable Civic. It literally is a Civic with Civic a majority of the parts coming from...
Personally, I don't like ANY of the lips I have seen. The only one I've liked is actually the 10th gen Civic lip fitted on the Integra. There are some images on the FB Group
This car is just a Civic and the Civic is selling really well, even better than the Accord. At the very least, I hope they give it the same options the Civic is getting meaning the hybrid powertrain, added sound deadening, Google built-in, and hopefully the front fascia update. I don't think the...
I wish they did use the 8DCT and K24, but I think one of the early review videos (I think SavageGeese) interviewed the Integra Product Manager and mentioned it was due to the fuel economy.
If fuel economy is going to attract buyers to the auto Integra, then they absolutely should put the hybrid...
Let's just let him enjoy the car. Nothing wrong with the CVT, other than the fact that if Honda puts the hybrid in there, it'd be the better auto in almost every way
I really like the Type R wing, but something about it is always off when I see it. Like I think maybe the stock decklid spoiler shouldn't be there? Or maybe the wing should be "squatted" and be shorter in height instead of the small size on the Type R
They couldn't even afford to give you rear seat vents, a sunroof, memory seats, power passenger seats, the Accord infotainment, more sound deadening, or even homelink. There's absolutely no chance they'd make the Type S more than a Type R clone especially since they're already raising the prices...
The Hybrid makes so much sense for the Integra. They already went the economy route when they chose to include the CVT. The base model should just be a hybrid all the way. It has more torque, uses regular fuel, AND gets better fuel economy. On top of that, it's more reliable with the e-CVT and...
The TLX just sucks. I can't stop repeating this, but look at this.
FWD i4 TLX 272hp gets 22/31 in fuel economy. ~3750lbs
AWD v6 TLX Type S 355hp gets 19/25 in fuel economy. ~4,420lbs $57k
AWD i6 BMW m340i 382hp gets 23/31 in fuel economy...
I forget the 2.0t Accord exists sometimes. Even more so, I always think of the Accord Sport, but I think the top trim (Sport Touring) also came in the 2.0t.
Ventilated seats and nicer materials with the 2.0t definitely sounds nice. No manual, so it won’t appeal to those in this forum, but I see...
I love your passion for the ITS, but this just never made sense to me. The Type R is the tracking, racer's car where lap-times and driver dynamics matter the most. The S in Type S always meant street to me, but it's clear they started with the Type R and added some touches rather than how Acura...
