I'm 62, have owned my ITS for about a year, and I love it.
It helps that every time I drive it I get to use fun, twisty roads, but even on the highway it's a blast.
Only real negative imo is the lack of a spare tire, and that can be fixed.
I mean for semi-normal driving, not racing and dry roads.
Most resources out there say 40* F. We're having a brief cold spell, and I have not yet put the winter tires on.
TIA
I drove my ITS with the plates from the Subie I traded in for a few days, before I had a chance to register the new car. Good thing no LEO ran the plates... But I was still in the break - in period, so I didn't do anything stupid.
Over 16,000 miles on mine and zero rattles.
For a while the tires were picking up gravel and throwing it up, causing it to occasionally get trapped between the brake rotor and shield, which results in a brief screeching noise, but after some wear they stopped doing that. (The winter tires...
If there are other dealers in town that you are willing to work with if it goes sideways, I would ask for $1500 off or free extended warranty and be prepared to walk out if they could not come very close to that.
Don't forget, there will be others out there soon enough.
Good Luck
So how do i turn this off on my ITS?

The tires are on the low end of width for those wheels, but that's because they're for the snow, where narrower is better.
I agree that at least part of the winter sales slow down is due to the summer tires. I got my ITS in late November, and now have over 6k miles on it - it's my daily driver. My solution to the tire thing was to have the dealership swap in a set of winter wheels+tires I got from Tire Rack. I...
I wonder how much difference is too much? Here's a real world example:
Let's say you have two rear tires, same wheels, same tire, but one has been in use for 10k miles and the other 15k. (Due to a flat 10k miles ago that forced you to toss one)
That's ok for the rear, but when it comes time...
Hey Bandit,
You might already know this, but rev match can be turned off.
I figure I don't want it - I went through all this to get a manual, it doesn't make sense to me to then go back in the direction of an auto or CVT.
Have fun!
