I hate to be the party pooper, but Geez... $1500 for an intake that shows marginal gains at best and makes more noise? Sure, it looks cool, but I have a hard time seeing the value in dropping that kind of coin on an intake. For $1500, they could at least include something of a bit better...
Turned it off after the first week. I found that using it was counterproductive to the way that I already drive, so I personally don't feel the need for it. To each their own and I can see why so many people like it, but I'd rather do it myself.
Yes, the roof rails are T slotted. I will say this though; the slot on the OEM roof rails is a bit narrower. For reference, my bike mount is a Mini Branded Thule and I had to modify the T-bolt hardware a bit to fit the narrower rails of the OEM rack.
I made an installation video for the...
I traded my Charger for my Type-S and I have some goodies for it and somefor anyone interested; I didn't see anything in the rules about parts being Integra only, so if It's not allowed please delete.

I ended up going with 15% all around and skipping the windshield for now.. I did have him tint out the rear diffuser reflectors though which makes it look so much cleaner.
Yep. You are right.. I stand corrected
I'll bet you were the guy that reminded the teacher that homework was due..
1. What exactly is dangerous about it? My last 3 cars have been darker than 5% and I never had an issue. I've tinted most of my windshields to at least 70% and it helps...
What exactly is "ghetto af" about it?
The main purpose of tint is to cut down on UV transmission into the car, which is the main source of heat. Cutting down that interior heat not only makes it more bearable when the car is sitting out in the sun all day, but it also increases the...
I'm getting mine tinted next weekend and will more than likely go with 5%. I'm still on the fence about the windshield and will see how I feel about it after the rest of the car is tinted..
The color of the car makes a huge difference on how dark the tint appears.. Last car was IndiGo and at...
As a bit of an update to this since I just installed a rack on my car;
Looking at the rack bars themselves, they don't appear to be made by Thule, but I might be wrong. Although I got mine as part of my purchase deal, I wouldn't buy them from Acura directly as they are pretty expensive at...
That's what I'm attributing it to as well until I read or hear otherwise... It's all good though, because I'm thinking of going to an 18" wheel/tire at some point.
I was thinking along those lines as well, but the sidewall height between the 18 & 19 is only about 0.5" different. I can't see how that would equate to a 33lb weight supporting difference and going from 2 bikes to 0 bikes... I wonder if Acura support would be able to chime in... I called...
So... I've got a question that that nobody seems to have a legitimate answer for, and I can't find it on the internet.
I just installed the OEM roof rack on my car, and while reading through the installation manual, I see the following Paragraphs verbatim;
"For 17 or 18-in wheels, the maximum...
digging up a bit of an old post but I'll be doing this swap sometime soon. I found a wheel for pretty cheap at one of the oem parts houses and have added it to my list of upgrades/swaps that I plan on doing.
My previous car had an alcantara wheel and the oem leather wheel feels so odd now...
Yeah, definitely would be a nice touch, along with hood struts. The fact that this car doesn't have them is so 1995.
I was searching around and I saw this post; https://www.integraforums.com/forum/threads/redline-tuning-hood-struts.50573/ in which the OP installed the hood struts on his 23...
Right? Actually, It looks pretty straight forward to install them.. I haven't pulled the panel yet, but I would be willing to bet that the harness with the correct plug is there.. Harnesses are usually the same across a model line. Replace the rear panel with the alternate and the USB port...
