Honda's i-HDS isn't sophisticated enough to discern the "jailbreak" status of the ECU. It can see the software ID (which if the factory calibration is flashed to the ECU, will be correct), and the number of key cycles since the last DTC-clearing event.
To put things simply, flash to start and...
Disable it and reupload, or load a calibration that takes care of such (like the TSP1, https://www.twostepperformance.com/products/tsp-stage-1-tune-for-2024-acura-integra-type-s ).
I have some extra testing I want to do under harder driving (I'll be testing at Tail of the Dragon this next weekend), then it'll probably be ready to rock.
The specific dynamometer being used tends to read closer to "crankshaft" or "flywheel" power figures, so don't pay attention to the numbers themselves. The delta is the only thing relevant here.
