I ran into a similar problem. I have an iPhone 12 and it charges for about 5 minutes on the wireless pad and stops. If take the phone off and reseat it on the pad, it will again charge for another 5 minutes. A little annoying but after I turned off the "Optimized Battery Charging" setting on...
