I ended up using one of the fullsize 17" oem wheels as a spare. Found that it fit perfectly under the trunk floor, and needed an M6 bolt to secure it down. I didn't save the PN, but if you search online Honda parts stores you should be able to find it.

I have nearly new 16" Blizzaks from my previous car (215/60-16 vs 215/50-17 stock. 2.7% bigger) and would like to continue using them on the Integra (taking delivery next week). Will 16" wheels fit the Integra base?
