That kind of damage would actually warrant a full panel replacement and color-matched paint job. Based on what I can see clear coat, base layer, primer, and even some door panel material was shaved off from the impact. You're not going to be able to DIY, and I doubt any body shop would attempt...
Not a fan of the TE37-esque rep wheels, but you do you. That being said, Superspeed is a reputable reps company so you shouldn't have any issues. I fancy their RF05RR wheels and plan to get a set to replace the stock A-Spec wheels.
Been running my Tuxmats for a year now. Coverage is far away the best in the industry. Also makes it a pain in the ass to clean as you have to retract the seats back-and-forth to remove front and rear.
Not going to improve road noise though. Consider 17-inch wheels with thicker sidewall and...
That's what I'm trying to figure out too. The sensible choice would be the 22mm sway bar; it will reduce body roll and mitigate understeer while not drastically affecting driving dynamics and comfort.
I think the 25mm bar is too much for spirited driving. I could be wrong though. If anyone can...
Any real benefits of a 25mm bar over a 22mm one? I was thinking of going with a 22mm Whiteline swaybar since it's only slightly thicker than stock and shouldn't have too much of an impact on driving dynamics other than tightening the rear.
Honestly the DWS06+ in 245/35 is a solid choice with the next best thing being the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 A/S tires. The Michelins are also more expensive so you do you.
Ah shit looks like I'm waiting on 27WON after all. Thankfully there's still Unity Performance to fill in the gap PRL left, but they only just got started with an online outlet a little more than one year ago.
I do like this Prelude Concept, and I certainly see the connections to the latest Prius model. Albeit, I do really like the new Prius so this design language is non-issue for me.
As for the drivetrain... I'm a bit mixed. FWD makes sense as that's Honda's specialty and the 5th gen Prelude is FWD...
I've been checking out the SuperSpeed RF05RR for a while now. Glad to see some actual photos of the fitment, and I'm liking it a lot. Though it does seem like the front wheels poke out just a little bit more than the rears.
Definitely go with that clear tint. I'm running 80% ceramic clear upfront and it's a night-and-day difference in sunny weather. Biggest benefit is your dashboard isn't radiating oven levels of heat into your face.
I’m running Llumar CTX30% all-around and Llumar Air80% on my front windshield. 30% is perfectly visible in daylight or well-lit nighttime scenarios. I’d admit I had a few scares while driving in the mountains at night with little to no illumination.
Yes I like this one a lot. Looks almost like the OE CF A-Spec Spoiler but in gloss black. Fits the rest of the car's trim better than carbon fiber and uses the original mounting holes.
Well my rear passenger seatbelt assembly got jammed again. 4th time this happened so far and I still see no signs of being able to get this fixed. I did call up my Acura dealership October of 2022 to get warranty work on this seatbelt done, but they lacked the parts for it. The rear seats will...
You can’t help some people unfortunately. If they want to be a danger on the road by believing fancy cruise control will drive itself, then so be it. I’ll do my part by exercising defensive driving and treating a driver safety suite as an extra set of sensory organs.
Our highways have been recently patched up after the heavy rainstorms so I’ll say they’re nicer than most interstates. But after this incident, I have lost trust in my LKA system.
Well I had my first near fatal interaction with the sticky steering issue today. I was cruising at 70 mph on a highway when all of a sudden the Lane-Keep-Assist started steering me left into a Chevy Yukon passing me. I think the sensors misread the long crack in the road as a road line, and...
