I would try the OEM FL5 Type R mount on the Si/Integra A-Spec. Should be softer than PRL but harder than stock. I say this because the OP has "23 Civic Si" listed as their car.

The ones that say 2Pサイドステー付 (2-piece side stay included) are side mounted.

The ITS is in fact a more softly-suspended, quieter (in terms of sound deadening), and better equipped CTR.
