I backed out of my order when the car arrived I saw the terrible fit and finish on the white car.The paint mismatch shown here is awful just like on the car I had ordered.
Pretty hard to enjoy the car when the first thing you see is the crappy paint job on most of them, you are lucky yours is red as it as well as the blue and black hide the mismatched paint color issues.
That's why I backed out of the car when my dealer told me it was in.The paint on these cars is shitty and as I mentioned in a previous post that there will be more issues showing up, from almost all colors having mismatched paint on front and rear bumpers to chips and bubbles and clear coat...
That's why I backed out of my deal when the car came in.The mismatched paint on the white is not acceptable on a 30k car let alone a 60k car and as mentioned in a previous post I think there will be alot more people starting to complain about paint issues on the Integra type S.
I did the same ,backed out when told the car was ready for pick up.Acura has shitty paint jobs on the integra and I think alot more people are going to start complaining.A 60k car should not have such obvious issues.I have not seen a single white one that has matching paint on the front and rear...
That panel alignment would really bother me let alone the paint defect. The main reason I backed out of the white car when dealer called to say it was in was because of paint mismatch on the front and rear bumpers on all white cars
I was in a difficult situation.I ordered a Nissan Z almost 2 years ago and thought I would never see it so I ordered the Type S in May,Last Sat they called and said my Type S was in, then on Monday I was informed that my Z was shipped so the paint issue sealed the deal and am waiting for the...
I'm the guy that backed out of the deal at campus, the white has paint issues, front and back bumpers do not match the body color, for me that is a deal breaker. This applies to all the white cars. The only colors that match are the blue and black. The car is great but I'm to OCD it would bother...
My white one is sitting at the dealer, was called a few days ago. Don't know if I will take it though I find that the paint on the front and rear bumpers on all the white ones do not match the body of the car.I think this would bother me eveytime I looked at it.Seems the only colors that match...
So almost 2 years ago I ordered a nissan Z and when it didn't look like I would ever see one I ordered the Type S ,well a few days ago I get a call telling me the Type S was in ,then yesterday I get a call telling me my Z has been shipped and will be in Nov 18.I wish I could keep both but have...
I just turned 66 and have deposits on the ITS and a Nissan performance Z ,after almost a 2 year wait was just informed my Z just went into production, a few days later was informed the ITS should arrive end sept. early oct. Having a difficult time deciding which one to take.
That is what I suggested to them but they said no.Dealer applying ceramic coating is almost pure profit when you consider the cost of the cheap crap they use and maybe a few hours labour.
Had to get ceramic coating and all weather mats but will probably eat the cost of the ceramic coating charge 1249.00.No dealership applies it properly , no decontamination or paint correction and the products dealers use are crap. Will take it to a proper detailer when the car arrives.
That front bumper is not a slight difference,it looks like a totally different color .I would not take a car with that much variation in color. It would bother me every time I looked at it.
You can see the same color variation just above the door handle up to the bottom of the window ,I think alot has to do with the angles and curves and the way the white metallic reflects back
So you didn't have to pay around 7K in taxes when you bought the car, and the guy that bought it must have paid that and more in order for you to have made a premium, you're not the idiot he is.
