  2. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? πŸ™‹πŸ»‍♂️

Fitment was much better than expected, mounting tapes were the generic types and they've only been on for a few days so not sure how well they'll hold up. I'll update if they start to fall off :D

Got some carbon fiber trim from eBay to cover the grey plastic. Looks pretty neat!
  4. Spoon Rigid Collars / Recommended Shop (NE)

The chassis felt more solid and overall the car is actually quieter. Did shift my subframes enough to need a new alingment so not sure if any handling changes is caused by the alingment of from the collar.
  5. Spoon Rigid Collars / Recommended Shop (NE)

They'll fits, I have them on mine.

Actually, the 3-4 hours is for the collar and the rear engine mount but I don't think that add alot of time to the install. This shop is also new to this platform so they told me it might be a bit slower, and I was fine with that.

I live in an apartment so I paid a local shop to do it that also does alingment. about 3-4 hours for the installs on the collar.

I found a bunch of very positive feedback for the FK8 and FL5 so I figure there's nothing to loose throwing them on, pleasantly suprised for sure. Actually if you think about it, the stiffer the chassie the more of the forces is transfered to the slop between the chassie and the subframe. I...

That's hilarious, didn't know there's an off brand version of these. They are prabably all coming out of the same factory anyways.
  10. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? πŸ™‹πŸ»‍♂️

Finally got my NE24 mounted, still waiting on the center caps. Also, has the shop install the FL5 rigid collars and PRL rear motor mount. The car is actually quieter and smoother on the freeway, makes no sense at all. Should call those magic collar instead.

Liking it so far, I don't tend to like giant heavy knobs and with the reduction in throw, shifting is still really tactile. Also like how securily the boot collar is attached, my oem one was rattling a bit. Really liking the look of it, a pop of color without looking very aftermarket. Its...

I didn't even notice it till you pointed it out! I think double stich might be a bit busy since there so many lines there already, especially since its a single piece of material.
  13. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? πŸ™‹πŸ»‍♂️

Yup, Got it from overland design. Thinking of doing the sun visor and the passanger knee area trim piece in matching material too.
  14. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? πŸ™‹πŸ»‍♂️

Finally had some time to install my alcantara center console trim and acuity poco knob. Made the interior a bit fancier and a noticable reduction in throw.
  15. ITS owners -- what is your biggest surprise with the car so far?

The biggest suprise for me is how much attensions TEP/the car get from the local grandmas, its actually wild how many complements I get from older ladies in this car :D Not sure if that's a good thing!
  16. Stock shift knob’s weight

Used my coffee scale, the OEM knob is 245 gram and the optional "TI" knob is 255 gram
  17. Info on any Valvetronic exhausts for the integra type s

That is most likly not correct, exhaust is one of the few things that isn't shared between the FL5 and DE5 dimensionally. AWE is working on DE5 specific fitment of their muffler.
  18. Anyone waiting for the AWE Tuning exhaust for their Type S?

I don't know if any of the Japanese brands have the ITS in their pipeline. Maybe if their fl5 exhaust have removable tips with tip extensions.
  19. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? πŸ™‹πŸ»‍♂️

It's slightly lighter than the optional knob. The Mugen one is only threaded like 2/3 into the sphere, so it doesn't sit as low as i would like, feel wise the stitch also feel kinda odd. will drive more to see if I end up liking it.
