Took my car in for service at the dealership and I felt hot air coming through by where the pedals are and I discovered this. It’s suppose to be covered by something right?

Tried this and it worked! i even did some pulls in sports mode. I set climate control to 60 and turned it off with recirculation button on and no more hot air comes from the vents. Thank you so much for the advice.

i should have explained better but this is with any of the heat or AC being on. Everything is off and heat stills come through the vents from the engine bay getting hot.

For some reason when i get on the highway and start going fast a lot of hot hair starts coming from the AC vents and the cabin gets kinda hot. Is it a cooling issue? this is my first car ever so not too knowledge when it comes to the technical/mechanical side. Should i take it to the dealer to...

I was not able to resolve it setting the speed volume compensation to max did help. Besides that no fix besides doing the same thing turning the car off and sometimes that does help it.

I've tried that and it doesn't help at all the music volume still seems to decrease unfortunately

Not sure if anyone else has come across this issue but the music volume seems to get quieter as I'm driving. Not sure what kind of issue this can be? I don't move the volume at all and it seems like the sound system just starts to lose power
