In terms of power im not too sure because I didn't get to dyno before/after but I'd imagine so because more airflow. Secondly, yes the woosh is more noticeable compared to stock! Good luck!

This set up will fit 2024+ Integra type S or 2023+ civic type R.

It looks like a lot of the folks are getting the rv6 rear camber/toe. I'm running stock because I put maybe 30mi a week on this car (work from home) lol.
Not sure where you got "two bonoss wheel spacers" from in my OP. I mentioned they were same all around? Lol but if you're looking for the spacers I went with, they're 20mm spacers front and rear.
The drop is ~0.8" f/r with no reverse rake.
I want to say I ordered it on Amazon? But it was cheaper off the websites (sorry not mucb help i dont recall).
At the time H&R didn't make it for the DE5 so I went with the FL5.
Had they been other springs with a more aggressive drop, then yeah I would definitely switch out the shocks. But these dropped the car less than an inch so I feel like our stock shocks will hold up.
