We jokingly gave him a hard time given everyone in our group was driving a type r/s. That car is really sorted and has some time with Misha on the ring. He was in a 550 whp setting, which was impressive because the integra was more car than I was driver, so I can only imagine how that felt.

Did my first HPDE and track driving ever this Monday. Learned so much about the car and driving in general. Already planning another.
Apologies for the wind noise and shaky camera. Gopro was freezing and Staff moved the day along really quickly so we had a ton of time on track and I did not...
With the windows closed it is not all that noticeable. Windows open you get some nice but not overbearing turbo and blow off sound. It is really nice overall. Especially as I plan on keeping the exhaust stock.
997.2 base model was my first Porsche. Cannot recommend them highly enough as others have said. I had to add some modifications to really bring out the charm, but it was a phenomenal car. They are still achievable for a relatively reasonable price.
That being said, I am a turbo car guy at heart...
Finally received the rest of the Eventuri and got it installed. Only had time for a short drive to test today but really enjoying the look and sound. Mounted the mic in the engine bay for some dramatic results.
I didn’t claim any weight savings. I merely answered the question I was asked on the wheels I am running.
I used a suit case scale where you pick up the item and weigh it hanging as opposed to a bathroom scale.
I did not weight the stock wheels as I put new tires on them immediately, but I...
Eventuri is 100% compatible- I spoke with Bilal directly and he verified on a DE5. I had the same fitment question. I have had the carbon inlet tube in my garage for 2-3 weeks now and have been waiting on the intake since the beginning of March. I am told 7-8 business days and I should have it...
Really nice thread, OP- enjoying your perspective on a variety of cars and their respective experiences.
Congrats on the RS- a true timeless winner as the factory 964s continue to get gobbled up for modernization. Rubystone is a stunner.
It is indeed transmission fluid. A spring that holds the axle seal likely broke when the axle came out during the spring installation. Make sure no pieces made their way into the trans. It is a cheap part. It makes a mess if you've been driving, so just be careful and clean best you can- it...
Couple shots showing the height now that the H&R springs are on and one photo I actually had some time to edit. Really satisfied with the fit and ride. Could even go down to a 35 offset in the rear safely, I think.
