I had bad luck with the v2 originally, but the replacement they sent me was way better. Agreed on the install part to some degree. I actually found, the second time around, that getting the adhesive part done first was better, rather than hoping the bolts would pull it in snug. Used the bolts...
PPF is great for the track also. I did the hood, full front bumper, and side skirts. I wish I went ahead and did the front fenders too. Was trying to keep the bill to a minimum.
Kumho V730 is a great option for 200 treadwear though, but they don't come in a ton of sizes. I'd really like to get them in 275/30, 19 inch, but almost nothing comes in that size. On the Eibach pro kit springs I'm really leaning towards going with 275/35. Otherwise 265/35. I really wish I...
Mine does not show where the air flow is going either. I always leave it in auto and the car takes care of where the air is going. Like in the winter it blows out of the floor and windshield vents, but not the dash vents.
Yes, I think it's like self learning based on usage. It will recalibrate itself over the next few fill ups.
I remember after my first track days, the range dropped to like 175 miles on a full tank. LOL. It slowly corrected itself over time.
Happens at least every week where I live. brutal pain in the butt!. The reverse thing usually dislodges them, but you have to pull over right away and do it if possible. I've also noticed if I try to drive faster through my neighborhood it's less likely to happen.
So on Track, Conti Extreme Contact 02 tires, 275/30, 19 inch, (these are 240 TW summer tires) I'm running 45-46psi front, in order to keep the tire from rolling too far. Running 38-40psi rear. Interestingly, that increased pressure seemed to improved stability under heavy braking. Rear end is...
Tasty! Really making me want to do this mod as well. for the track What is optimal? -3 up front, -2 in the rear. Still on summer tires. I think I remember @Victorofhavoc saying something like -3 front with street tires. Maybe I'm thinking of one of Zygrene's vids.
Probably not a big worry. I'm using apex rims and apex open ended nuts and the studs don't even make it to the end of the nut. Maybe 10 turns or so. Holds up at the track fine though.
Somebody get it. It's very nice, and yes I got the armrest also! LOL. Love having that whole center area matching. The single stitch doesn't look out of place. Also it really isn't a high touch area so not getting dirty at all. I just hit it with the vacuum every now and then to keep the...
well said. Average price of a new car is now like 46k or something. The Integra is barely above average. It just happens to be sort of a specialty car. Lots of the budget went towards handling, chassis, suspension, etc. etc. Of course good looks as well. Interior and materials fit and...
