I gotchu! I actually haven’t heard anything back yet from either. I called my lawyer and he said that they haven’t responded back to him (or them) yet either. So just in the waiting game. Once I get a full response or resolution, I will in-terms finish this tread with hopefully all the answers...

looking at the paperwork, all they did was cleared the codes and gave me a new coolant tank. they said that I drove the car too hard but its a sportscar and I don't track the car, it's my daily driver.

well I got my car back on the 21st of june, but that last time it has been in service was a full week. (Dropped off on the 14th) roughly total time at the dealership, about 42 days

alright, an update. I finally got a repair order but it's from their internal system, so it looks different from the rest. it's submitted to my lawyer and now let's see if my case is worth something.

My dealer’s system is still down from that CDK hack. So just a sitting duck until then. I’ll try to go directly there either today or tomorrow

My vin is 000680. But since CDK is down haven’t gotten any paperwork back yet. Dropped off on the 14th and got it back the 21st. Thankfully the car has been running smoothly and turning on normally lol

I’ve brought mine back to the dealership 3 times for the same codes. It’s been about 30 days altogether collectively that I haven’t had my car. (Friday makes another week not having my car) so I am considering a refund or replacement vehicle. Sent that vehicle defect form to Honda on Monday...

Overnighted it yesterday! Same thing to the attorney general.

All batteries were checked. I even have a report of it showing in good standing. Last checked again was on April 6th

I would honestly have to look at the paperwork but it comes to at least 30-45ish days. (Had one loaner put about 800 miles and had another put about 400 miles or so) Since it’s Sunday nothing I can do today, so all I could do is mope around and just look at my spare key😅

Both fobs were already replaced after the first incident. Thought very little of that issue but the dealer changed it for me as a possible resolution
