Check your VIN for recall folks, just did my inspection and it turns out there’s a recall to replace the worm wheel in the steering gear box. I wonder how long it takes to replace, Mitchell says 4.2 hours labor for the electronic steering gear, but I have no idea if it’s the same time.

I ordered on the 19th and got my package on the 22nd. It was pretty quick.

I plan on removing the tape and putting some 3M on, I haven’t installed yet the pictures are just the trim placed on top.

Here are some pics of how the matte center console turned out, I think it looks great its really thin and the cut is perfect so you can’t notice it’s a tack on. Now thinking about painting the silver trim but what color with a white interior…..

Mines doesn’t cancel when I hit the brakes, thought it was a nice feature since I drive in traffic a lot. I doubt the clutch would cancel it either, however that I haven’t noticed.

I got the matte, however I did not know they were stick ons hopefully it’s not noticeable.

I’ve had this for a while now, I don’t remember if the car was bought like this or not but it finally got annoying today when I was stuck in 2.5 hour traffic. is this normal?

I have the same noise as well, I’m currently in the middle of trying to get the dealer to figure it out. I’m 90% certain that it’s the speaker that’s having the issue. For me it’s the passenger side. Dealer won’t budge though claiming they can’t replicate it. Do you have any updates?

That was my first thought too but it does it on any surface, the sound only starts at 5-6k RPM in sport + engine sound.

Yesterday I noticed a rattle whenever the passenger door is closed and this distorted sound from the piped in engine noise also started happening. Music also caused the rattle but after pushing the passenger speaker in it went away. I do play music pretty loud sometimes but regardless it’s...

Update: Maybe I was just being crazy. However the pops and bangs were muffled for some reason but I will give the benefit of the doubt and blame the freezing weather.

They do have 93 octane.

Drove it today and the pops do appear at 4 bars however it sounds like it has a suppressor on it. Like it’s the bass on a song or something like that. I will give updates once I drive it a bit more to completely refill the gas tank.
