I believe these wheels are designed to have the tires installed from the back of the wheel. I wonder if the tech was not aware of this and installed from the face.

Could the fuel dilution be caused by the factory tune for pops and bangs? As I understand it the computer adds fuel and pulls timing to create the pops.
I believe this to be a byproduct of the car having the auto distance feature. If you have it set at 65 and it slows you down to 50 because of a car in front of you. In this situation you might downshift to maintain the lower speed or to pass and not need to reset the cruise.
