Acura Integra sunshade. Like new condition.
This will fit all 2024+ Integras, and I think it will fit the late model Civic too.
There's been discussion on here that the OEM sunshade is just a re-branded Covercraft.
I'm going to try for local pickup in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area...
This may be unpopular, but I have used NuFinish on my vehicles for years and have always been happy with the results. I usually do two coats a year - once in the spring and again before winter.
As an Upper Midwest dweller, I've been starting to think more about winter wheels and tires for my ITS. Before I took delivery of the car I had the dealer swap out the OEM Michelins for a set of Continental DWS06 rubber. I have no intention of driving the car on a track and these made more...
One of my colleagues was swapping his utility trailer between vehicles at work and thought it would be funny to stage this photo of my Integra. He joked that it was attached to the center exhaust pipe. ;)
I went with the Acura sun shade and am happy with it. I'm fairly certain it's a re-branded Covercraft shade, but costs about $30 less. I've had Covercraft shades for a handful of vehicles and have always been happy with their fit and performance. The only drawback is that they're fairly bulky...
Yes, but 1234 is only flammable above ~ 30C and a certain relative humidity. The other low GWP refrigerant/propellant being used is HFA-152a. 152a is flammable under all conditions. That said, 152a has been used safely for years in consumer aerosol products.
It's not how cold the A/C is, it's how long it takes for it to 'kick in'.
You're right, the hydrofluorinated alkanes (HFAs), like 134a, that replaced ozone-depleting chlorofluorocarbons in the early 90s have now been identified as having a high global warming potential. As a result, the HFAs...
I've noticed that it seems to take a very long time (> 1 min) for the A/C to start blowing cold air when the engine is cold and the interior of the car is hot. For example after my ITS has been sitting outside in the sun during the work day. However, after it finally starts blowing cold air...
Perhaps kinda dorky, but I love my cargo organizer. I didn't bother clipping it into the hatch and it stays in place without any issue. I put all kinds of stuff inside of it and nothing ever falls over or slides around.
I assure you the numbers are not at a slight angle - it's just an artifact of the photo.
The knob screws onto a threaded adapter which screws onto the shifter arm. There's a set screw in the top of the threaded adapter that you adjust up and down (out and in) in order to adjust the final...
It's a very nice, high quality shift knob - nothing about it feels cheap. My first impression was that the transition between the metal core and the Delrin cover felt "sharp", but I quickly became accustomed to the 'feel' and I don't notice it at all.
I bought it directly from Raceseng. Try...
Raceseng Nitro. It's wider than the stock shift knob and I prefer the 'feel'. Our temps can be as low as -20F in the winter and as high as 100F+ in the summer so the hybrid design makes sense too. The dealer installed it free of charge when I took the car in for a warranty item so I have no...
Speaking of fuel, In my part of the country I have multiple fuel options. I can easily buy:
93 octane with 10% ethanol, not Top Tier
91 octane with 10% ethanol, Top Tier
91 octane ethanol-free, not Top Tier
I tend to run the ethanol-free 91 most of the time and sprinkle in an occasional...
@Kendal0 I'm the same age as you and have had my ITS for about a month. Until 2012 I only drove manuals but since then have been in a series of relatively boring automatics - Subaru Outback > Volvo V60 > Honda Ridgeline > Honda Passport > Mazda CX-9 > Honda CR-V Hybrid. I bought the ITS...
What's up with the Raceseng Nitro? I like the idea of the delrin wrapped stainless steel as an "insulated" shift knob, but it appears that Raceseng is no longer going to make it. I always want what I can't have.
King Motorsports is definitely legit. They specialize in Honda/Acura and are frequently featured in the Savagegeese videos. King did the dyno testing of the ITS and CTR in the Savagegeese review of the ITS.
