This is for a heated wheel only out of the kit for a heated wheel. I used the heating parts to add a heated wheel to my ITS, but did not need this OEM wheel.

So I have been back and forth TTD about the heated wheel. They are telling me (and their engineers confirmed) that the heat should be all the way around and not just 10/2 and 8/4. I was concerned mostly because I drive a ton with my hand at 12 and there is little heat there. I mentioned to them...
Well, MikStore told me NOTHING. but I was able to get the up and down to work by holding the button while shifting into reverse and neutral. But honestly I still don't fully understand how that box is programmed and MikStore seemed oblivious...
So here is what happens. I assume this is what you mean. I toggle the mirror adjustment to the right (passenger) and then hold the down button. The mirror starts to tilt down and then I shift into reverse. I think the mirror keeps going until I let up on the button or it hits the bottom limit...
I have a question on what you found with this statement.
6a) One thing I noticed was that it only went down a tiny bit, not enough to actually see the curb. I tried adjusting it while the car was in reverse and no dice. What I found was that if you hold the mirror adjustment switch to "down"...
interesting. Maybe that’s why I’m feeling such varried temps. If 10/2 are hot, but 12 is just getting the left over, it might make sense. I did use it this morning on my 30° drive and it was better than none, so I’ll still call it a win. The shape of the wheel is really nice.
Oddly, my seat gets so hot. Like in 15 seconds my ass is on fire. I can hardly ever leave the seat on 3. When it’s really cold, I leave it on 2 and it’s nice. When it’s 30-40 out, 1 is about all I can do.
for the wheel, maybe I had a bad ground or loose test wire that was switching off the...
How warm would you say the wheel gets? Even the OEM heated wheel seems just above like warm. It also seem to take longer than the oem to warm up, but I supposed it’s like 2 times as thick too. But unlike the heated seats, the engine needs to be on for the heated steaming wheel to work. The OEM...
They did not upgrade it. It’s 4 wires. I was just going to remove the harness and solder the wires.
edit: sorry I didn’t actually fully read your question. It still comes out from the left side and not the bottom.
Okay, I see that. So everything comes off this wheel and goes onto the TTD wheel? https://www.acurapartsforless.com/oem-parts/acura-steering-wheel-heated-w-o-paddle-shifter-8u973s5210a
Yeah, heated seats is nice and my heat in garage broke this week and I sincerely miss the heated wheel. This seems like pretty much what you put in yours right?
