Dear Acura INTEGRA Owner:

Honda Motor Co. has determined that a defect...
Thanks. The ones I got from Canadian Tire I ended up being able to force on. Certainly not designed specific to this car but I was able to force the clips on after shaving them down in the spray nozzle area.
Anyone happen to find any aftermarket wipers that fit the Integra? I picked up some 'Reflex Platinums' from Canadian Tire and they are supposed to fit according to their website and tablet by the wiper section, but they don't seem to fit. The spray nozzle part of the wiper arm interfers and...
So just chiming in here on a small update for those who are curious...
I had the emissions light come on a few months back and reset it (winter time) by pulling the negative terminal on battery so i could continue remote starting my car. The car had a leaking crank seal at first oil change...
Having the same issue on my Integra. I took it in and they said they couldn’t reproduce it.
Things I note:
It’s only jerky on initial movements. As soon as it gets past the resistance it moves freely until you stop moving the steering for a period of time.
It seems to take a while after...
Pretty straight forward if you buy a fuse tap (so you're not overloading or putting another system at risk), just need to plug it in an always on source or a source that's on after start depending on your preference, or both if your dashcam requires it.
Fuse info can be found here...
Hatch unlock only. It's pretty much useless as you have to hit the unlock button anyways. All it's going to do is make it so you can walk to the car and open the hatch without the key in your pocket.
FYI, for rolling down the windows you need to wait a few seconds for the original unlock...
if you can expose copper on both the plug wires and the wire itself strip it back, solder it and shrink wrap it.
Acura won’t likely do a repair like this, they will likely replace the whole cable. On the cheap end expect an hour shop rate + part.
With Phearable tunes are you locked into the Octane level and MAF housing option when buying the tune? Or can you change it/request a different tune without buying another tune?
this is exactly why I ended up getting an Integra. Civics are either marked up 5-6k CAD or I had to wait until fall for MSRP. At that point I may as well wait for the 2023 lineup.
Integras were sitting at the dealership for MSRP, perfect timing. No brainer for me.
I still can’t get on board with the red interior. I know the pictures suck compared to how it looks in person, but there’s just something about it that pushes me to the ebony interior. I’d be too worried it will look dated down the road.
I don’t see that you mentioned it but your car has the same issue mine does (although opposite sides). The bumper and tire fender has a bad alignment issue. The panel gaps are about 1/8” off.
