What is better for 1.5 cvt 2025 Hondata flash pro or K-Tuner v2? What is the best tune for stage 1?

first cvt i’ve had and know nothing about the cvt fluid as the dealer never mentioned anything to me about it. can someone help me find how to do it and where i can find the fluid and also why it is necessary, thank you
