4,000+ RPM Vibration/Rattle

I have a 6MT with 3,000 miles on it. When I hit around 4,000 RPM's in 1st and 2nd gear there's a high frequency vibration that sounds like it is coming from outside of the cabin and under the hood. As soon as I shift it stops and it hasn't done it in 3rd or 4th (I haven't reved it that high in 5th or 6th). It started in the last 1,000 miles and it doesn't always do it, but it is becoming more frequent. There's no feeling to it, just audible. I haven't confirmed this, but it seems audible outside of the car as it is louder with the windows down. It sounds really bad. Anyone experience this? Any ideas what could be causing it? I haven't taken it to the dealer yet. I seen on FB group someone describing something similar as a "turbo rattle", so perhaps it is what they describe, but not sure of the cause or if it is a known issue. Any help would be appreciated!

My car has it as well. It’s the waste-gate arms that rattle. Super annoying and my dealership won’t do anything about it.
