Installed many of these into a wide range of builds, yes you can add some factory switches, but these are way cleaner. You only need to run one small wire into the cabin area, all the rest of your acc wiring will be in the engine bay to the solid state relay block. With 80 amps continual , 2 30 amps, 2 20 amp, 2 10 amp , and 2 5 amp slots you can wire about anything directly to them. I custom made a mounting stand for it between the abs and fuse panel on the drivers side of the engine bay. Mounted the controller above the factory switch locations on the drivers side of the dash. The wiring I ran through the factory grommet with the stock wiring.
