Cracked upper mirror cap...what's the correct replacement part?

I have a 2024 Integra A-spec Tech 6MT. Hit a big rock which cracked my left side mirror cap aka upper cover (part #4 in the picture below). I'm looking to replace this part myself and there are two options available on

76201-T20-A31YG: With Signal Lamp

What's the difference between these two parts and which one am I supposed to get?

Has anyone replaced this part before? I couldn't find it on youtube

The with or without signal lamp is the turn signal built into the mirror. As far as replacing it you pop the mirror glass off of its bracket and there's a few tabs on the inside of the housing you have to release. Look through this thread they talk about disassembling the mirror. I would double check your part numbers. I don't see 76201-T20-A01ZS listed on the Acura DreamShop website for an A-Spec at all. I typically will use the dream shop site to make sure I find the right part number and then I'll Google the part number I find to see if I can get it cheaper somewhere else.
