Is the manual key fob programmable for CVT cars?

I noticed that the CVT and Manual version of integras has different key fobs. The manuals don’t come with the engine hold button.
Was wondering if you can program them to work on the different models

From my understanding the engine start/stop button is an upgrade you can get either from factory or installed later at the dealer and not all models have them. Although I have heard some people strongly discourage putting engine start/stop on a manual car for safety reasons?
