Loose drivers side rocker panel 2023 integra

Hi all,

I am guessing this is some loose clip or something but I’m not seeing it easily when I try to peer under the loose part. I can't tell what is causing it, the other side is flush. Anyone seen this before and were able to fix it? Any guidance would be appreciated.
