I knew I wanted to add a second sub since before I took delivery of the car both for aesthetics as well as punch and hit, but I wasn't sure what would work.

I know there was an upgraded sub someone else was posting about a few months back and I am actually still interested in hearing more about the updated unit they were planning that I think came with a power amp? I cant remember, anyway this isn't to compete with that or compare even, it is just since I am going to review it anyway, I thought maybe others who have considered adding a sub might want to hear more about is all.

I have a pretty nice 7.2.4 atmos set up at home with dual SVS subs that is just amazing, so after seeing what a second sub can do at home, I figured, lets see what impact it has in the car with this ELS system.

I am an amazon reviewer and so I have access to lots of different things as they come up, well this week a subwoofer came up.

It is a 10" 800 watt sub, the build quality seems really good, and the size is great too, just not sure about the sound yet.,
Anyway, I am thinking about making some type of custom enclosure for it opposite the stock sub in the back and eliminate that cut out with the little net for storage we have on the driver's side rear of the hatch and mount it in there.
Maybe nothing even that fancy, it has a really nice grill and looks great, it is made to sit on the floor, so it is thin, I may be able to fit it in there with double sided tape and velcro, not sure.

It has a very cool skull grill that would look sick back there IMO.
But it would be a lot easier to mount it under the passenger seat both for wiring and for installing in general, just set and forget it.

Subs are omni directional, so it doesn't matter where they point too much or where they are in relation to one another, unlike speakers.
Ill spend some time with it over the next few weeks when I can find a little spare time and see what I can come up with, ultimately I would like to mount it in the rear opposite the stock one so that is where I am going to start.
This is the unit I am reviewing.
