Window fuse removal

Anyone know what fuse or fuses I need to pull to keep my windows from rolling up. I know this is a weird question but trying to avoid my window tint from blocking my inspection. Any issues from pulling these fuses and then putting them back in after the inspection? I believe the fuse box is under my steering wheel, Is that correct?
