Personally I just leave my ophone ion the charger and let the head unit act as the phone, But I do have a cool clip holder that mounts to the vent grate, sxmall and when your phone is on it it looks great.
I prefer magnetic mounts myself but, in my car, as I said I just leave it on the charger, but I do have several magnetic wireless chargers that would work well with the vents or suction cups, I prefer vent mounts as they are cleaner looking.
