  1. The Tuned 2023+ Integra Experience & Reliability Thread

Thanks. Last Tuesday I pulled into the dealer behind a woman in a GR Corolla who was there to trade it for a GTI. The wheels do look nice, but they are most likely going to get swapped for 18's for a little more sidewall - potholes and all - and all season tires. It's my only car, so it needs...
  2. The Tuned 2023+ Integra Experience & Reliability Thread

I took 23,500 for the Integra and got out the door for a little more than 38,000. One of the first things I did was turn off the rain sensing function on the wipers. That's something I couldn't do on the Integra. The Integra was a good car. There were many things I liked about it, a few...
  3. The Tuned 2023+ Integra Experience & Reliability Thread

T Don't mind at all; I'm an open book, BUT I don't know yet. That will get hammered out tomorrow. I just checked Carvana and they offered $23,600, so I'm hoping for at least that. I will take less depending on how we work the rest of the deal.
  4. The Tuned 2023+ Integra Experience & Reliability Thread

Since I dragged my feet on this a little and I'm trading the car in tomorrow morning, I'm just going to leave it in the glove compartment. If the next owner wants to use it, they can. Thanks for the reply.
  5. The Tuned 2023+ Integra Experience & Reliability Thread

I'll be unloading the Integra this weekend, so I flashed it back to stock and tried to unlock the KTuner from the ECU. It appears the flash worked, but when I went to unlock it, I got a message saying, "this ECU has no VIN data. I wasn't expecting that and don't know what to do with it. I...
  6. What would happen if I turned my car off without lifting the electric brake first?

Thanks for that. I just got a BMW, but it only has 2 wheels and no wipers, so that's not an issue. ;) I can't help but think it's not too late for Acura. They could easily push a software update to put the option in a menu. I don't see that happening, but one can hope.
  7. What would happen if I turned my car off without lifting the electric brake first?

What you are missing is that the auto intermittent function is completely schizophrenic. It takes inputs from both the speed and rain sensors to calculate the frequency of sweep, and a slight change in either of those can result in a drastic change in the wipers. I've had mine go from a nice...
  8. What would happen if I turned my car off without lifting the electric brake first?

You are joking, right? You have to be. Yes, you can turn your wipers off, but that's not a lot of help when it's raining. When it is, your only choices are to use the schizophrenic intermittent function, or low or high speeds. The off position on the headlights is a momentary switch. It...
  9. What would happen if I turned my car off without lifting the electric brake first?

No, you cannot. To cancel the auto function of the headlights, you have to turn on the parking lights, and to cancel the auto intermittent wipers, you have to have the wipers on low, completely defeating the intermittent function.
  10. What would happen if I turned my car off without lifting the electric brake first?

You do realize that every automatic car - before electronics took over everything - had an interlock function that prevented the driver from turning the key off and removing it unless the car was in P or N, right? Never had a Corvette and wouldn't want one, but I hate the auto headlights and...
  11. What would happen if I turned my car off without lifting the electric brake first?

If you consider it a safety issue, then every vehicle with a manual transmission that has ever been produced is unsafe according to you. If a driver is so clueless as to get out of their car without leaving it in gear and/or setting the parking brake, it's the driver's fault and the driver who...
  12. What would happen if I turned my car off without lifting the electric brake first?

Are you serious? I've been driving manuals for over 45 years and this is exactly how they all work. The parking brake is independent whether it's a mechanical handle or electronically activated by a switch. If you need the car to warn you that it's neutral, maybe you shouldn't be driving a...
  13. The Tuned 2023+ Integra Experience & Reliability Thread

Surprisingly enough, I haven't kicked mine yet.
  14. Ktuner for 2023 Integra is live!

I'm back with another question. I got my clutch upgraded to the Action Clutch Stage 1 20S and got the KTuner V1.2 with the Phearable tune about a month or so ago. I like it. So, the question is about disabling rev hang. It appears I just go into the KTuner program, find the option in the...
  15. Spare Tire

Here you go. It's a little dirty, but that means it's doing its job.
  16. Spare Tire

I do not have a pic of the cargo mat, but I can get one later today. Standby...
  17. Ordering Integra Type S

    HAH! Dunning-Kruger strikes again!
  18. Reverse Gear Tilt Down only works on one side

It is a little weird that both don't tilt, but I think it's to assist with parallel parking where the curb you don't want to rub your wheels against is almost always on the right.* *One way streets notwithstanding. ;)
  19. Official PERFORMANCE RED PEARL Integra Club & Photos

I usually only like the bronze wheels with blue paint, but that looks really nice. I wonder how those would look on my LCM. Grey goes with everything, right?
  20. easy fixes that are missing from the integra a/k/a how to take the teggy from 8.0 to 9.5

If the vehicle directly behind you is blinding you through the wing mirrors, they aren't adjusted correctly.
