I think they look better on the white than they do on my LCM, because of the contrast. I'm struggling with the decision to get new wheels. One of the decisions I can't seem to make is whether to go completely black, or a much lighter silver or machined/raw.
With this in mind it sounds like you probably just don't quite have your technique quite dialed in yet. Typically, manuals lurch when starting from a stop, because you are letting off the clutch a little too quickly with not enough rpms. Sounds like you just need more time behind the wheel (oh...
Thanks for the info. I didn't know that. The clutch I am getting also requires a flywheel change. I'll make sure to talk to the shop doing the work, and go with their recommendation regarding the damper delete.
I'm not sure about the going forward, but I do know from reversing with a trailer that the system does work and when it hits the brakes, it hits them HARD. There's no reason to think it wouldn't work any differently going forward, but I'm not sure I want to test it. ;)
Tomorrow, I will be towing the track bike to its new owner. Those funds will be used to upgrade the clutch. Then a KTuner/Phearable will be added.
Still on the fence about the springs. With the trailer attached, I have about 2.5" between the hitch and my driveway apron at the hitch's lowest...
On a slightly different subject:
The Android Auto in my car has been updated with Coolwalk. I played with it a little bit today and IMO it's completely meh.
It only supports Google Maps, not Waze, although it does say support for Waze is coming soon. It also only works within AA, so I can't...
I use an app to track just about everything on my vehicles. Before the Integra, I used to pump, grab receipt and write mileage on it, and go. Then I would enter the fill-up into the app later. Now, after I start pumping I pull out my phone and enter the data I can. Once the pump shuts off, I...
The "sell fewer cars at higher profit margins" strategy is why Acura, Lexus, and Infinity were created as a result of the Reagan import tariffs. When the numbers they could import got cut, Japan Inc. needed to sell higher profit margin cars in the U.S. but knew Uhmurikans wouldn't pay that much...
I listen almost exclusively to SiriusXM. In the middle of the infotainment display is a pause button. Not sure if it's there for other media and it's not on the steering wheel, but that's all I got.
Mine worked just fine, before I shut off the "open door move seat" thing. Have you tried to update the memory to where you want the seat, by putting where you want it, hitting the bottom button then the button for whichever key you are using?
It does not. I'm pretty sure someone who has done them here said trimming them isn't necessary. The guys at AHC garage trimmed them on the video I watched.
You push the stalk up and hold it until the wipers go straight up, so you can fold them away from the windshield. When you do it that way, I'm pretty sure that the stay there until you power-up and move the wiper stalk, so that's probably a better way to do it, if you're a little forgetful. If...
