I ran the PRL front pipe, TSP 5 inch DP, PRL IC and HVI for months without a tune. Zero codes and made 330whp/345wtq before I got tuned. That downpipe is well known to run great without throwing codes, its got a huge cat lol.
Just installed mine yesterday, and have all of the same issues. Lifts at the corners, gaps in the front, shipped without corner protectors..... I think it still looks good but just annoyed with the fitment.
I've got a lightly used set of Rays 57 FXZ Overseas in 19x9.5 +36 I'm casually selling on marketplace. Thinking about throwing the stock tires and sensors in them and running 19s again. Then getting my current Advan TC4s in 18x9.5 +38 powdercoated.
Received the same notification, I messaged them about it and they told me it was an auto generated email and that it would ship out the following week. That was two weeks ago..... Really annoyed as I was likely one of the first to actually order it and here we are over 2 months later with no one...
This is literally the 1st exhaust I've been excited about, are there any sound clips or is it safe to assume its the same as installed on an FL5? and will this first batch be valved?
I've had 3 or 4 grinds going into 2nd. Gonna try to do a change in trans fluid to help. Been driving a stick for since 1999, pretty sure it aint a skill issue.
Derek said it was a bit of a factory freak, bolt-ons without the tune baselined at 330whp and 345 wtq. I kinda felt like the car was running a little stronger than it should. Not really sure what's next if anything. Though if Apex'I releases the valved exhaust I'm getting it immediately.
Finally got tuned, baselined 330/345 with the PRL HVI, titanium inlet, front pipe, downpipe, and intercooler. IMW knocked it out the park with 383whp/400wtq. Drives great!
Installed the PRL titanium inlet and HVI box to go along with the RV6 downpipe, PRL front pipe, and PRL intercooler. Got my tune scheduled with Derek this week, so super excited to see the results.
Always good to here another company is filling the ITS parts gap from Japan. Though I'm only interested in an exhaust that keeps the valve, which it appears this one does not.
