Titan-7's 9.5" wheels with the +45 offset are a great balance of improving the look of the car and not straying too far from the factory steering geometry. We've ran several sets on our cars and have always been happy with them.
Hmm - Are you under the impression that this Roar device is in fact not a piggy-back unit? ("Piggybacking means intercepting and modifying the signals that are being sent to the ECU.")
Yes, that is typical when using a PLM downpipe. Their catalytic converter does not actually work well enough filtering exhaust gasses to avoid a check engine light.
Yes, the new 5x114.3 wheels from Cobb don't fit Hondas because of this.
But the other obvious scenario that everyone is ignoring here is that maybe the car is actually a Type S and Dan just didn't realize it beforehand. :p
At release you could use the CTR device on the DE5 no problem. Then Hondata decided to start selling a separate SKU and disabled that option. This has caused many owners quite a headache.
This video is a great tale of caution regarding comparing different cars on different dynos. Even dynos of the same brand can vary quite a bit. The only way to really judge your power improvements would be to make a baseline pull on this dyno before tuning, then you would have something to...
Due to supply constraints there are no plans to discount our TSP downpipes. However we may see discounts on some of the other brands we carry before Black Friday is over with.
Most "high flow cats" out there are better than nothing but aren't accomplishing anything close to meeting an EPA standard. The GESI converters that we use in our downpipes are certified as EPA compliant. The only reason that they do not meet CARB standards is that CARB will not certify a...
The long part is waiting on parts. The procedure is less than an hour I think. There is a Youtube video that goes through the process with the service kit Honda has "released", not to much to it. The steering rack does not have to be removed.
