That's definitely the ambient light mount for the door panel.

Unsure if they'd add that in an update, but you can use android auto to use the same apps which are added by that.

I'm not sure anyone has tried this, but it looks like you should be able to swap it out. You'll only need to use the mount from your integra mirror.
