It's been found that some of this stuff communicates via the CANBUS, so once wires and the correct electronics are in place the ECU(s) recognize them as if they were was originally there. The challenge can be figuring out the correct wiring and obtaining parts at a reasonable price.

I wouldn't expect any major powertrain changes for a MMC, but I could see that for a FMC. Maybe they'll target a hybrid for the 2028/2029 MY, but who knows for sure until they leak/publish something.
I managed to do the same thing and figured out that the Honda part # for this connector is 04321-TY2-305. It comes in packs of 5 so I have 4 extra for anyone who may need one.
I wouldn't get to concerned until talking to them. They should fix this, though they're likely to have them repaired vs. replaced. Presuming they repair them, just make sure to get a good close look at the repair job in the daylight to ensure it was done to your satisfaction prior to leaving the...
If you get the Accord's auto-dimming mirror attachment, it plugs right into the fuse panel, has it's own ground, includes a fuse, and provides all of the necessary connections for the Accord Auto-Dimming HomeLink mirror. If you're looking at running a power wire that connects to another fuse...
There are parts, but no kit, for the FL5 in Brazil:

Oh and you'll pay a hefty price. Also, unlike the FL5, we don't have the mount for the spare to be anchored down to.
I put this on my windows and it seems to do well and last longer than RainX.

That said, the rear window provides such little visibility I find myself relying more on my side mirrors and backup camera, when reversing.
Here's an old blog post comparing the two. The link...
Some times they hide a plug behind the panel with some electrical tape, but since the wiring harnesses are different, I'm guessing that may not be the case. That said, if you want to wire them in yourself the connector and pigtail/terminal joint part #'s are:
04320-TY2-A00 - Pigtail or...
You'll have to pull a door panel and see if the mounting locations for the LEDs are present. If they are not, then you'll likely have to get the Tech/Type-S door panels. Oddly, the interior door panels for the non-Tech A-Spec aren't listed so I couldn't verify whether they were the same as the...
