That's definitely the ambient light mount for the door panel.

Unsure if they'd add that in an update, but you can use android auto to use the same apps which are added by that.

I'm not sure anyone has tried this, but it looks like you should be able to swap it out. You'll only need to use the mount from your integra mirror.

You'll have to pull a door panel and see if the mounting locations for the LEDs are present. If they are not, then you'll likely have to get the Tech/Type-S door panels. Oddly, the interior door panels for the non-Tech A-Spec aren't listed so I couldn't verify whether they were the same as the...

My prior TLX had a non-OEM windshield installed which caused the cover over the base of the mirror, rain sensor, & camera to come loose. Even though the brand was the same that Acura/Honda use for OEM windshields. Apparently, it was a very common issue.

Actually, the 2024 Accord HomeLink mirror, and attachment, can be installed w/o the need to adapt it. I guess if you wanted to maintain the exact positioning of the original ITS mirror, you could swap the base between them, but definitely not necessary in my opinion. Here's my post on following...
