Nice, S3, that's what I'm looking forward to as well. Started getting slippage running Phearable stage 2.
I don't recall offhand if Stage 1 is much more than the stock tune? It's been a decade since I replaced a clutch and flywheel so have no idea
what's an approximate install cost now. TIA
I'll probably go with the ACT HD street kit which was great for many yrs on my last car but I would still like to hear more about our other 1.5T options

Try to find an independent transmission shop or performance shop to diagnose and potentially fix it for far less. Also like the idea mentioned of fixing with a lighty used Civic SI for trans from salvage.
Yes, but at your convenience after you get the recall notice mailed to you. They probably will go out in batches as they have to ramp up the repair kit supplies and also can't fix hundreds of thousands of cars all at once.
Slotted and drilled are overkill on most daily drivers with as low power figures as all but the most highly modified Aspec.
I assume your are asking these questions to plan for the longterm as pads should take many yrs and 10's of thousands of miles to wear down unless you are a poor driver or...
Stealarships, I mean Dealarships, make the majority of their revenue not from selling automobiles but from servicing them. And it ain't cheap to keep the lights on in those palaces so the prices will reflect that.
Any able bodied human can easily change the cabin filter themselves.
Unless you've been beating the heck out of your brakes all you should need is a brake fluid flush, fill and bleed. My maintenence minder for brake fluid came on at 30k miles/ 2 yrs and I am light on the brakes with proper down...
Ok thx gtman.
I may not rush then to get the tune delivered before I head out of town to high elevation. That and I looked for the ecu# but I didn't have time to remove the intake to get to it. Unless I could have disconnected the two ecu wire looms to see the #?
Whats my options if I get a Ktuner with a Phearable tune for 93 octane since that's what I run but am on a road trip in the Rookies and can only get 91? Just use the the lowest boost tune? Which would suck since at elevation is where the 1.5T needs even more help.
Can Phearable sell me and load...
I recently had an issue when Discount Tire attempted to do a rotate and had difficulty with two of the Acura flower design nuts. Either the key socket or the nut was a little stripped. Learning that I wanted them all off so I didn't have this issue in an emergency roadside situation since I have...
I have a sold strip down to the AS-1 line and think it looks great. Never even considered a fade. I want the legal limit as far down the windshield as possible.
