I completely agree. I have been getting nothing but compliments on my Tuxmats and the full coverage has been very helpful so far with Canadian winter weather. I loved the mats so much that I even went back and bought the cargo tray.
I`m not sure if its the same in the states but I also...
For me it was fairly consistent and continuous sticking at about center. It did start as an infrequent issue but over a few months it became fairly regular. The severity of the sticking never really got worse for me. It mostly just became an annoyance and kind of kept me from enjoying driving...
I had this issue come up with my 2022 Civic Hatchback ST around December (last year). After a few test drives with a service tech and a few calls to Honda Canada they recommended that they replace the steering rack. It did take a few months to get the parts needed but it did fix the issue...
I`ve been noticing the same thing. I feel like I have more condensation each morning with this car than any other that I have had in the past. I was wondering if it may have to do with the hood vent on "colder" days (this is my first car with one).
For me it is always on the outside.
Wow, these are spectacular! I’m really hoping I feel the same way when I get to take pictures of mine. Patiently waiting for my LCM up here in Canada.
In my experience the pricing listed on acura.ca is the msrp with installation (the quotes from my dealer were just under this listed price). For most of the items I opted to shop around with the parts department at several dealerships near me (many had an online request form) to request parts...
Based on conversations within the FL5 community, I picked up a set of lightly used 245/40R18 Hakka R3. Hoping to keep some performance through Canadian winters.
Congrats! As a Canadian I have no idea what the market is like where you are so I’m just glad you found a deal that makes sense to you.
I’m just curious what made you want to switch from an FL5.
If FL5s weren’t the unobtanium unicorns they are here I’m not sure I would be getting an ITS over...
That's my concern too but it does sound like it isn`t too difficult for any experienced tech to line up the bumper correctly especially with the pressure of an inspection at pickup.
I explored the link the @Gregg shared above and there was actually instructions for the integra type s emblems...
Are you going with the illuminated OEM kit or did you find an alternative option for rear sills only?
This seems like something I should also consider with a 3 yo and a 6 yo.
It’s definitely possible with the FK8. My dealer experience wasn’t great and that was back in 2017. I ended up just getting a ST hatch elsewhere instead.
As SierraOne mentioned this seems like a YMMV thing regardless of what I was told/shown.
Wow, you got a great deal! That would have been a no-brainer for me also. I`m already getting this ITS on a FL5 budget as I was expected to wait a year but lucked into a 1 month wait so i`m looking to save where I can for any non-essentials. I did find the Type S badge kit on a US site for about...
Wow, that`s lucky! Especially since we`re in the same city. I pushed back a little to try and get it and they showed me the fine print on the official docs. All-in-all I just count myself lucky to have an allocated unit as I was pretty late to the party.
I was hoping for the loyalty rate reduction as I am trading in my Honda but it looks like all type S models are excluded from this. This was also the case when I was trying to get a FK8 a couple of years ago.
Aww, I was hoping that wasn`t the case so that I could save by buying them elsewhere. How are you liking the illuminated emblem? I may just go this route if I`m going to have it dealer installed anyway. I appreciate your input, I`d also like to keep he chrome type-s badges intact if I can...
Hello everyone,
As I get closer to be able to pick up my new ITS, I have started narrowing down the accessories I want at pickup. I love the black emblems all around on my civic hatch and I know I want the same on my LCM ITS.
My plan is to have the dealer install the front A-mark to avoid...
