As an owner of neither of these cars i also don't understand the trashing as all reviews have pointed to the fact that they are 95% the same. It comes down to me which one I can get closest to msrp.

I'm about 50/50 City / Highway. Cross shopping a New ITS, or used F30 340i 6MT, or Porsche Cayenne ( I either need to replace my TSX or RX). I'm much more comfortable with Honda and Toyota vehicles then the germans and went away from the dealership liking what i saw with the ITS.
