  1. IAT normal range

Idle IAT will be high and that's to be expected. There's no airflow over the intake filter/duct (just hot engine bay air), there's no airflow over the intercooler, which is being heatsoaked, and most importantly, there's no appreciable airflow over the IAT sensor more generally. Those temps...
  2. Bolt-ons (No Tune) Dyno Tested..

Filtration performance matters more for DI motors because the intake ports and valves don't have the benefit of being washed down (read: cleaned) with gasoline.
  3. Bolt-ons (No Tune) Dyno Tested..

Yes, but it's worse for DI engines than port.
  4. H&R lowering springs with Bonoss Spacers on Type S

I didn't cut the bumpstops, but I do hit them in comfort mode on hard dips. It's not as pronounced in sport.
  5. H&R lowering springs with Bonoss Spacers on Type S

Had these installed a few weeks ago. Aligned well at -2* camber F/R. To be honest I wish it wasn't as low in the front, but this is still the most minimal drop out of all available springs...
  6. Rev Jump When Upshifting under Hard Acceleration

This is rev hang and injector cutoff delay rearing its head.
  7. 24 ITS problem when engine breaking

    A) You need to go to a different dealer B) You need to explicitly state that you want a warranty diagnosis. This is covered under your bumper-to-bumper manufacturer warranty C) Do not mention that you're beating on the car. If you have any modifications, stickers, anything, just remove them D)...
  8. 24 ITS problem when engine breaking

I doubt it's a bearing at that mileage, but just drop the keys off at the dealer? Idk why you're stressing about this. My guess is that a rock got stuck between the rotor and heat shield.
  9. Type S gets more attention than Type R : Yes or No?

In general, I'm happy. The little changes on the Acura do add up to slightly better experience for me as a daily (S2000 on nice days). Materials are a bit better, the exterior design is nicer to my eyes (particularly the rear), the color palette is more interesting, and the interior is a bit...
  10. Type S gets more attention than Type R : Yes or No?

My red DE5 gets far less attention than my champ white FL5 did. I agree with the above -- to most (in MA at least), it's just another Acura.
  11. What are the torque specs for tires on the Type s?

Around 94 lb-ft for the lugs -- it's more than your standard 5x114.3 Honda.
  12. ForeverCar’s ITS Journal

Are you the same ForeverCar that bought 4 (four) S2000s? How many do you still have?
  13. Wagner IC

Hey! Do you happen to have more info on fitment and why it wasn’t plug and play?
  14. Wagner IC

It's actually not clear whether or not this will reduce airflow more than, for example, the PRL intercooler, which is a much more restrictive bar and plate design. Let me know what you find re: fitment -- I'm definitely interested.
