Franken-mirror is really easy and turned out great for me....zero issues. Getting the trim off to access the mirror stalk was the hardest part. Do it!

Changed my mind on installing spacers on my DE5. I have two sets (15mm & 20mm) both in black. Original packaging - never opened. $250 each set or $450 for both sets. US Shipping included.

The black plastic elbow piece between the HVI and Inlet pipe is OEM yes. AFAIK - PRL says the HVI is required for the Inlet Pipe, but not it doesn't seem required to me. Would be a bit redundant to have a more open inlet pipe without the HVI as well though. That answer your questions?

Hey - has anyone taken a torch to the titanium inlet pipe? Thinking about doing it and interested in first-hand experience. Before install, after install, torch used, technique, etc. If I do it - I'd be looking to get as much blue color as possible!

For anyone interested I found a good aftermarket trunk struts. This one is 445N/100lbs. I ended up pairing one factory and one aftermarket because the aftermarket "bumped" at the top of it's range and the factory one is a hair shorter so it stops the travel before it reaches the end. I have an OEM one with less than 200 miles on it. I replaced it proactive. Lemme know if you are interested - it's on eBay right now but will sell for cheaper here :)
