I’m new, so forgive the possibly dumb question. Why change the rear motor mount? What’s the benefit of it?

As an add-on to the rear motor mount question, I'm looking to get a PRL installed and am located in the central Tennessee area. Does anyone know of a quality installer that won't overcharge for such a simple job?

Reduces wheel hop and helps tighten up shifting under higher load conditions. Just keeps the engine/transmission in place better than the stock mount. Very simple installation and completely reversible. Very minor increase in NVH during cold start but imperceptible after.
