A-Spec Steering Rack/Pump Noise

About 2 weeks ago I started noticing a loud whine/screech when turning left immediately after a cold start.
Cold being about 80f here in TX. It doesn't continue to do it once driving but it is unnerving.
Dropping it off at a dealership Thursday evening so it can sit overnight for them to hopefully replicate Friday morning.
It's a 2023 A-Spec Tech with 20k miles. No suspension mods and stock wheels & tires.
Anyone else had this or can take an educated guess? Thx.

My 2016 Mini Cooper S had some whine/squeak like noise which started happening in mid-fall where temperature was in the 40s. The issue was that upper strut mounts(bearings) had less than adequate amount of grease put at the factory and would get cold and made noise. After driving for a bit, bearings would get warm and stop the noise. Mini dealership just replaced both front struts which was back in 2019. This car is long gone now!

@Xcfool Did you take your car to the dealer and have any update on the noise?

I did last Thursday and have heard little from them beyond, "we're having a hard time figuring out the cause since its so intermitten" , this was Monday PM after I heard nothing from them since drop off.
Annoying, but they gave me a TLX loaner that I dont mind driving for a week now.

Got her back the Friday before last. Just in time to get minor hail damage that Sunday.
I was told they eventually noticed that some subframe bolts no longer lined up with the factory tightened marks. Somehow they loosened it 20k miles/15 months?
Seems odd that would happen and also that it would be the root of the issue.
It was closing time so I didn't speak to the actual tech.
I haven't heard that noise again.
