First and foremost, you do not refill based on what came out. There is a 10mm bolt on the front of the transmission that you remove when filling and continue adding fluid until it starts to flow out of the hole. Once the flow is reduced to a drip you can replace the bolt and button everything up.
The warning lights are probably due to the mad sensor. Make sure it’s plugged all the way in. If you have access to a scan room then wipe the codes after verifying the maf. Otherwise disconnect the negative terminal on the battery, wait a minute then plug it back in.
