I wanted to see if anybody else has added an after market exhaust on the cvt de4 integras. The stock just sounds so mid and quiet and I wanted something louder without violating my state's Massachusetts inspection laws. I was told the AWE touring catback exhaust would make it sound better but not too loud when paired with the prl high volume intake, I heard remark is another good exhaust system that was recommended. Just wanted to hear feedback and opinion on aftermarket exhaust options from other owners and should i worry about any codes showing up on the dash or any problems after installment and such.

I just installed the AWE touring exhaust on my Teg and I think it sounds great considering its got a 4 banger. The tones driving around town are perfect and when you get on it, significantly better than stock. I also added the K&N intake so you get a little turbo noise as well. Very happy so far.
I will say, it has some pops and crackles that I didn't expect, but nothing obnoxious like some BMW's and Audi's.

AWE touring is a good bang for buck. Sounds good, doesn't drone (in my opinion) and price point is good.

We have them in stock and the PRL intakes!
