FL5 CTR alcantara door card insert swap into a DE5 ITS?

I've been thinking about how I could do this for a while. I'm pretty sure that the door cards for both cars are practically the same besides some trim pieces, but they are overall identical. I see that the fl5 CTR has the alcantara inserts in the door cards along with the arnrest being wrapped in alcantara as well. I would like to add some more alcantara to my car as I feel like the seats and shift boot aren't enough (I have the black interior). My main question is, can I swap these door card sections from one door card to another?. I'm also wondering where I could get these door card inserts as I checked honda genuine parts and they don't seem to sell it, and I also can't seem to find any door cards that are used. Could I just have someone wrap my door cards in alcantara?

Compare the alcantara part and the red part of both door cards, and lmk if you think they look the same.

I've thought about the same thing but I am not willing to buy 4 whole door panels to pull it off.

I'm sure Swedit or Overland Designs could do it if you can get them off.

They look the same but you would have to buy a door panel to remove that part and then plastic weld it onto your door cards.
I would just speak with sweidit for all of your alcantara needs. He made me some custom door cards and basically the whole interior for my FK8 i had.
