So I got my car detailed and the front right door weather stripping came out a bit in the detailing process. May have been out before then and I didn’t notice it. Anyways, in trying to put it back, the weather stripping ripped 🥲 (picture included).
Does anyone know what the replacement part for this is? Also, do you think this is a big issue for water prevention? It rains quite often where I am at, and the car lives outside for the time being.

I would have them replace this under warranty. This seems to be a known problem. I just bought a new integra which is taking on water during rains storms. This is going to be a huge issue in the winter when it freezes. The weather stripping is basically a tube of rubber that is vecro'd (!!!) on every 5 inches. at least thats what it is on my car. The drivers door has a 10 inch gap where its not connected to the car AT ALL. This is something you find on a homemade go cart, not an Acura. I could do a better job myself.

My first rainstorm I had a small puddle of water on the passenger seat. They are telling me this is normal ( ???) NO , it is NOT normal. This needs to be a recall.

I brought it to the dealer months ago and they replaced for free. Sorry for lack of update.
