Missing clip on passenger seat trim?

I finally found the source of the loudest rattle in the car. It’s coming from my passenger seat trim where the controls are. There appears to be some bracket with a hole in it and a stem that rests on it. Looks like there should be a screw or clip there.

Can anyone confirm? You can just push the cushion and see it. Wiggle the seat trim to see if yours is also disconnected like mine?
