My windshield has astigmatism

It's only really noticeable at night but the middle third of my windshield causes a double image. Basically, every oncoming car at night looks like it has fog lights. I thought there was something wrong with my eyes until I sorted it out... Clarity, etc. is excellent during daytime conditions.

Does anyone else have the same?

While it's somewhat annoying, it's not so bad that I think it's unsafe and I'm not concerned enough to take it to dealer or anything, just thought it was odd.

definitely sounds like a defective windshield unless you have your windshield tinted like mine.
I had my windshield tinted with only 15% ceramic to block UV and it had a few places that were not wrinkled per say but wasn't 100% flat kind of like the film stuck to itself and they peeled it apart and applied it anyway. That caused a similar issue you are talking about., I didn't see any issue during day but when lights hit it at night it was noticeable something was off.. I had the tint shop replace my windshield tint and been good since.

My first guess is windshield tint. Mine is tinted but so light you can't tell. The tint place warned me if you go with a certain type it can cause the distortion mentioned.

Mine is tinted and I have no such issues.

Thank you all. I'll ask the dealer if they had the windshield tinted when they sent it off for tinting. If they did tint the windshield it must be some sort of clear UV blocking only film.
