Removing panels - seat belt

Hi,

I have some buzzing noise coming from the seat belt area. The buzzing noise is not always present, but it's annoying since it's right by my ear.
I went to my local dealer twice, but they cannot reproduce it and don't want to fix anything. I am in the process of finding another dealer in the area for my future needs - I had enough bad experience with that dealer.

I want to take apart the panels and apply some Dynamic Control DYNAMAT Xtreme Sound Dampening material from inside the panels. I think it could solve the issue.

Did anyone remove that panel (see photo) and can provide some step-by-step guidance on how to properly remove it without damaging clips? Or maybe point me to some video?

start on either the top or bottom and pull/pry out slowly. You may have to pull our door frame gaskets and trim panel along the floor first. It's not hard. Seatbelt will stay in place. I don't have any pics or anything yet.
