Trusted Autoshop for mods and maintenance - Ontario (GTA)

Hi all,
Anyone in the ontario area know of a good autoshop that can be trusted to do some mods for the ITS as well as general maintenance stuff? Don't want to go to the dealer anymore.
I live in Kitchener right now and would prefer a place close by but willing to drive somewhere if the auto shop comes highly recommended.
Looking to upgrade my exhaust, ECU, springs and tires to start.
