This is why fellowship is important & we can positively hold one another accountable. I had a coworker remind me of this also yesterday afternoon & sometimes I need those. It seems ever since I took on this new role at work & our second was born in April my guard (& testosterone) went back way up. 
These reminders help me inch back towards the patience I had started developing. Similar threads
